Subscription Cancellations

Service Level Refunds

If our service experiences significant downtime that affects your ability to use RoadmapR, you may be eligible for a prorated refund:

  • Downtime must exceed 4 consecutive hours
  • Refund calculated based on actual downtime duration
  • Applied as account credits for future billing cycles
  • Scheduled maintenance is not considered downtime

Billing Error Refunds

We immediately refund any billing errors, including:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect plan pricing
  • Failed plan downgrades
  • System errors in billing calculation

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase
