1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RoadmapR (the "Service"), operated by Hostao LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoadmapR is a product roadmap and feature voting platform that allows users to create public roadmaps, collect feature requests, manage votes, and engage with their community. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 16 years old (EU) or 13 years old (US) to use the Service
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Spam, harass, or intimidate other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the Service for commercial purposes outside your subscription
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create (feature requests, comments, roadmaps). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service.

Our Content: RoadmapR's platform, design, code, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

Public Content: Feature requests and votes on public roadmaps are visible to all users. Consider this before posting sensitive information.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plan Types:

• Free: 1 project, 50 features, community support
• Pro ($19/mo): 5 projects, unlimited features, custom branding
• Business ($49/mo): Unlimited projects, API access, team seats

Billing Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payment is due in advance for each billing period
• We use Stripe for payment processing
• Price changes require 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service

7. Cancellation and Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused time in current billing period
• Data export available for 30 days after cancellation

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Service Availability and Maintenance

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We may temporarily suspend service for security or maintenance reasons

10. Account Termination

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the Service. We'll provide notice when possible.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service "As Is": The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Wyoming state law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.

EU Users: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
